Initiate Your Request

Log in to your Ebonyline account or contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hair nets, and inserts are included and that the factory seal remains intact.

Ship the Item

Affix the return shipping label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your nearest carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
